My Apologies for Yesterday’s Post
It was just so wrong of me to leave that last post up for so long. The ‘incident’ with the Windex and the shoes really threw me for a loop . My apologies. There is no place for bugs in a food blog. So it won’t happen again. But I don’t have much to say right now so I’ll just leave you with a happy recipe that you can make for Happy Hour tonight.
Nothing makes me happier than Bruschetta. Oh wait, except for these:
So enjoy your weekend. Feel free to try this super easy Bruschetta. It’s really yummy. And I’ll try not to post yucky things anymore.
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes
- Handful fresh basil
- Drizzle good olive oil
- Drizzle good balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- Kosher salt
- 1 loaf French bread
- Dice tomatoes.
- Mince garlic.
- Chop basil.
- Mix in a big bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper on top.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Slice baguette and lightly toast.
- Spoon tomato mixture on top of toast slices.
